The FXCheck Privacy Policy aims to convey to users how their personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected to ensure their privacy rights are fully respected.

II. Data Collection and Usage

  1. No Collection of Personal Information

This application does not require or collect any personal information from users. All features can be used without registration or login.

  1. Information Query

The company names, license numbers, and other content you search for on this application are solely used to initiate requests to public data interfaces and return results. It cannot be associated with personal identity or age information, and all query data will not be stored locally or remotely.

III. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Third-Party SDK Integration To better understand application installation sources, marketing campaign performance, and to improve our services, the FXCheck application has integrated the AppsFlyer SDK (a mobile attribution and analytics SDK provided by AppsFlyer Ltd.).

  1. Purpose of Use: AppsFlyer is used for attribution analysis of application installations, anti-fraud detection, and aggregated statistics of in-app events (such as launch, search, and content view events), in order to evaluate marketing effectiveness and optimize the user experience.
  2. Information Collected: AppsFlyer may collect device-related and non-personally-identifiable information, including but not limited to the device's advertising ID (Google Advertising ID / AD_ID), AppsFlyer Unique Identifier (AppsFlyer UID), device model, operating system version, language, country/region, network type, IP address, application installation time, and event occurrence time. AppsFlyer does not collect your name, phone number, email address, or other directly identifying personal information.
  3. Data Sharing: The above information is transmitted to AppsFlyer servers through an encrypted channel and processed in accordance with the AppsFlyer Services Privacy Policy. We will not share data with any other third-party institutions, organizations, or individuals beyond what is necessary for the purposes described above.
  4. Your Choice: You may at any time limit ad tracking or reset the advertising ID through your device's system settings (Settings > Google > Ads), thereby restricting the use of the advertising ID by AppsFlyer and other analytics services.

IV. Data Security

Although this application does not collect user data, FXCheck ensures the security of its services through the following measures:

  1. Data Encryption: Use HTTPS to encrypt transmission of query requests
  2. Security Audits: Regularly reviewing code and server configuration to find and correct potential security risks.

V. Permissions Statement

This application applies for the following permissions:

  1. Network Permission (android.permission.INTERNET): Used to connect to servers to obtain public company information.
  2. Advertising ID Permission (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID): Used by the integrated AppsFlyer SDK to read the device's Google Advertising ID (AD_ID), in order to perform installation attribution analysis and anti-fraud detection. The advertising ID is a resettable, non-permanent identifier provided by the Google Play Services framework. You may reset it or limit ad tracking at any time through your device's system settings, and it cannot be associated with your real identity.

VI. Children and Teenagers

FXCheck is not intended for children under the age of 13. In some cases, due to local regulatory requirements, this age limit may be higher. If you believe a user is below this minimum age, please contact us immediately to implement restrictions.

VII. Policy Updates and Announcements

FXCheck may update the Privacy Policy in response to changes in laws, regulations, or user needs. Updated policies will be announced through the application or service interface, and users will be required to read and agree to the updated policy before using the services.
